3 ways to Improve happiness in your life!!

Hi guys, Welcome back. This weeks post is all about happiness. Everyone deserve's to be happy whether our minds and body's decide differently. This post is for my gals and boys out there struggling with mental health, anxiety, depression or if your just looking for some happiness.  I have 3 tips that have really helped in the past 2 weeks. we all have struggles in life and here's my tips on how to make life a little better. Step one:  Positivity is really the key. As cheesy that sounds its true!!  If you start your day with a negative though, Your going to have a negative day. I usually start my morning looking up some positive quotes online to start my day off. Usually I use to start my day off going straight onto Facebook or Instagram and it was such a bad way to start my day.
