My life decisions

Hey guys!! Welcome back and let’s get straight into the situation. It’s going to be a long one, so grab a snack!!  I never knew what I wanted to do in life and I feel like there’s such  pressure out there for young people to decide in secondary school. So I want to share my career with you.  In sixth year there is such big pressure on students to figure out what they want to do with there life and you feel like a failure when you say I don’t know. ( cause I did)  When I left school I went to study beauty therapy in crumlin college. I didn’t know if it was what I wanted to do, but everyone was saying that I like beauty so I did it because I had nothing else I wanted to do.  Being honest with you I hated college I didn’t like anything in it. During college I was working in Claires assessories  and I went full time when I finished college because I didn’t like college and didn’t want to work in a salon.   I then moved on to working in a fashion shop as they offered me

The past 6 months of my life

Hey guys welcome back!! I know I’ve been missing for a really long time now and I really don’t know what to say. I’m sad that I stopped doing what I loved but I was very busy as something came up and it was hard to get through. I wasn’t  really doing anything with my life and that’s why I couldn’t share anything. For my friends and family who know my boyfriend who I’ve been with for 6 years now was very ill. We had many trips to the doctors and the hospital with so many different diagnoses. Finally after 5 months we figured out that he has a neurological virus (PPPD). The doctors don’t really have an estimated recovery time for this as apparently it’s a new thing. So I didn’t want to bore you guys with this. He will get better and it’s not life treating it just take times to get through it. He couldn't get out of bed for months as his dizziness was to bad. He also had to stop the gym too as he was to sick. If you follow my boyfriend on Instagram you would know his life is

3 ways to Improve happiness in your life!!

Hi guys, Welcome back. This weeks post is all about happiness. Everyone deserve's to be happy whether our minds and body's decide differently. This post is for my gals and boys out there struggling with mental health, anxiety, depression or if your just looking for some happiness.  I have 3 tips that have really helped in the past 2 weeks. we all have struggles in life and here's my tips on how to make life a little better. Step one:  Positivity is really the key. As cheesy that sounds its true!!  If you start your day with a negative though, Your going to have a negative day. I usually start my morning looking up some positive quotes online to start my day off. Usually I use to start my day off going straight onto Facebook or Instagram and it was such a bad way to start my day. It just didn't do anything for me no motivation to get up and lets face it everyone's life looks amazing on Instagram, and you might find your self comparing your life to o

Controlling my dry skin!!

Welcome back guys!!  This blog post is all about how to keep your dry skin calm and healthy looking. Now If you have been following me from the start yous would know that I have had a bad time with my skin, From It been really flaky to bleeding and cracking. Its not nice at all, So I have a few products that I will tell you's about that is helping my skin. Things like shower gels, body lotion, tan, deodorant etc. So lets get started.  To me personally I think that is really important to find a good body gel for the shower. I have tried a few like Aveno, Sanex, Johnston & Johnston ect and they were fine but I wasn't 100% happy with them. The Two that I love is the Dove deeply nourishing body wash and the N These are so soothing on my skin. They make my skin so soft, no irrations and no dryness. All my dry patches are gone and I don't really get any itchiness.  https://www.boots.ie/dove-deeply-nourishing-bodywash-250ml-10019025 https://www.boots.ie/nive

The best tan I've ever tryed

Welcome back, I'm really excited to be writing this blog post. why? because I have finally found a tan that takes well to my skin, lasts long, wears of smooth and is super cheap.  I have tired a million tans no lie, I'm a tan addict. I need to have tan on 24/7. It's just what I like and feel good in. I have never found a tan as good as this one. Usually my tans look good for the first day and it then quickly deteriorates, goes all patchy and dirty looking. Now having dry and sensitive skin wouldn't help the matter ether. So drum roll please haha. My new favorite tan is the Iconic Bronze.  I have heard so much about this tan and never got around to testing it for myself. Every one was telling me that it's so natural looking and wears off really well. This tan also reminds me of the Dripping gold by SOSU, the texture and feeling is very similar but I get totally different results. Don't get me wrong I do like the Dripping Gold tan, but personally

New Mascara Alert!!!

Welcome back!! I have bought an amazing product and I feel like I need to share it, because sharing is caring! So I am not a big mascara fan. I understood that it make's your lashes darker and tint them as if, but I never loved one that I needed or felt that it actually made a difference to my eyes. Yesterday I went shopping and I needed a new mascara, so I picked up the Benefit Roller lash as I've had a mini before and i just tend to stick to the one product (and i wasn't really pushed into getting a certain brand). The Benefit mini was €12 and It was small as it was a mini. My mam then spotted that No.7 have brought out a new mascara. Now my mam loves No.7 mascara as she has really sensitive and watery eyes and that brand suits her best. I love No.7 skincare so much, It's my go to skincare products but I just don't really like there foundations (I tried one foundation before and didn't like it). Any long story cut short, I ended up buying the No.7 one as i

Some old products and some new products. so lets get straight into it.  first up is my absolutely favorite moisturizer, I think I did a post about this a few months back but I managed to pull it back out again. I bought this when I was in the airport going on holidays. I bought a mini size as I have never tried this product before and I tend to buy minis first as I have sensitive skin and I like to try it to see how my skin reacts to it. I really like this one, its really refreshing on the skin and keeps my skin hydrated. I use this before I apply my foundation as my primer (I also apply a pore er

My sosu order

Hey guys welcome back!! So if you's are huge fans of Suzanne Jackson you would know that she recently put a new product on the market. Her own Dripping gold tan. And of course I was sitting at the computer the night of her pre sale dying to get my hands on it. While I was sitting there I ended up putting a few items in my cart as you do hahaha. So I just though I would share with you guys what I got. Just before we start this,I payed for everything myself with my own money.  So I'm going to show us what I got. So obviously the first thing I ordered was her drIpping gold tan!! I have seen so many reviews on this tan, and so far they have been all amazing. I really have high expectations for this. April Favourites

Another Month has gone!! Time for another favourite's. As May is approaching, It's time to share with us my April Favourite's. First up is the amazing No7 skin illuminator. It's hands down my favourite product this month. I got this a few weeks ago in boots in a gift set. I'm not sure if the bottle is bigger then the one I got (mine might be a mini sample since it was in a gift set). It's so natural looking and radiant on the skin. I have very dry skin so I love this as it makes my skin look really healthy and glowly. You can purchase this illuminator in Boots at Liffey Valley for €17.50.  My next product is hands down my favourite (low costing) foundation ever!! PS my colour velvet finish foundation. I love this foundation too much. It's fabulous on the skin, doesn't sink into the pores or make my skin dry. I have done a YouTube review on this product so I will pop a link for you. PS My perfect colour foundation review: ht

Unclogging Them Pores

Good Evening Everyone, After a weekend of a full face of makeup everyday, I think it's time we unclog them pores and have fresh skin for the week. I sure know my skin gets exhausted all the time from wearing makeup and from time to time we need to treat our skin so our makeup can sit nicely on top. I am absolutely in love with the Liz Earle range, I've been using this range since I was about 10 years old, which would mean that I've been using it for 10 years (since I'm turning 20 soon). When I was younger I suffered with acne and my mam shared her cleanser with me and it did wonders to my skin. 1.The first product is the Cleanse & Polish hot cloth cleanser . Its natural ingredients are  Rosemary (which helps to remove scars from acne with its anti inflammatory agent), Chamomile (calming down sensitive skin), Cocoa butter (prevents dryness of the skin) And Eucalyptus essential oil ( the inhalation of sweet-smelling oil helps relax the body). Its super sof

Caring For My Skin

Welcome to 2018!!! I hope you guys had an amazing Christmas and an amazing New Years. I'm entering the new year sick unfortunately, i have the flu. But I'm not letting that ruin my new year. My first blog post of the year is going to be all about treating my skin. Since I'm sick my skin has been quiet good to me considering my illness. I have one pimple and i'm trying to put a stop to them spreading, because lets be real, no one likes pimples :) So i wear alot of makeup 90% of the time and for me just using a cleanser just doesn't remove all of it. Instead of double and triple cleansing i just use a face wipe to get the basic layer off. These are the Nivea 3 in 1 Cleansing wipes. Normally I'm not a big fan on wipes as people as that they are horrible for your skin. But for me there a must have as like i said i use a lot of makeup and i find that double cleansing just don't work for me. I love these wipes as they smell amazing and are super soft o
